DAMS drivers Nicholas Latifi and Sérgio Sette Câmara finished second and fourth, respectively, in the 2019 Formula 2 standings, leading the team to its first title in the Championship. With four race victories, Latifi parlayed his success into a Formula 1 seat with Williams Racing for 2020. Sette Câmara registered two triumphs and a pair of pole positions, winning the Feature Race in the Yas Island finale.
