Binotto came to Scuderia Ferrari in 1995 as a test engine engineer – the first of many roles he would hold with the legendary stable. In 2019, he was appointed Managing Director and Team Principal. Mattia is known for his rigorous organization, innovative mind and affinity for efficiency.
